AND THEN EVERYTHING TURNED ITSELF INSIDE OUT

Drama | 2026 | USA | 19min | Digital

In a world where birthmarks are investigated to reveal who people were and how they died in a past life, one man fears that the truth about his previous life could change everything.

SYNOPSIS

Every day, people are summoned to a nondescript social services facility after being randomly selected to have the origin of their birthmark investigated. Upon arrival, the process is straightforward: get your birthmark photographed, file some paperwork, and wait to be called in before being questioned about who you were and how you died in your past life. Today, Lázaro has been selected. When faced with the opportunity to learn about his past life, he fears the birthmark on the back of his neck might reveal the memory of a forgotten past that could change everything.
